I would like to take a moment and compliment the exceptional service I Received at the Simmons Mattress Gallery in Halifax, NS. I am from New Brunswick, and was visiting Halifax this past weekend and stopped in to your Halifax store with questions about Simmons mattresses. I not at all prepared to make a purchase that day, however knowing this in advance the sales person, Fred, still took the time to ensure that my questions about Simmons mattresses were clearly answered and understood. I felt as though he was more interested in helping me find the right mattress, as opposed to just selling me any mattress.

I am writing this letter to relate my experience as an owner of a Simmons Beautyrest for over 70 years.
In 1937 my husband and I were in need of a new mattress. He gave me $100 and said I was to buy the best mattress possible. I went and asked for the best they had and they showed me a Simmons Beautyrest. I bought it right away.
We used it for years in our city house and finally moved it to the cottage where it has been in our bedroom until now. We have had nothing buy satisfaction from it for all those years.
I would recommend a Simmons Beautyrest to anyone. You certainly get what you pay for.

I wanted to send a sincere thank you to Jordanna for helping us to select our new Beauty Rest beds. I emailed Jordanna twice with questions. She responded promptly and with great advice on which beds might be of interest to my husband and I. Even though Jordanna knew we would not be buying our beds from her store she took time out of her busy schedule to answer my emails. If her store had been closer to where we live we would have definitely purchased our new beds there. My husband and I are now sleeping comfortably on our new Beauty Rest Highgate beds, which Jordanna had recommended. We decided to go with two twins and push them together to make a king-sized bed. That way my husband could get a firm mattress and I could get a more plush mattress. Win win.
So thank you Jordanna. When it is time to purchase our next new Beauty Rest bed we will be visiting your store. We may have to rent a truck to bring our new bed home but it will be well worth it. You know your products and you went the extra mile to help a confused bed shopper.
